Warranty Information All of our merchandise is covered by the Manufacturer's Warranty. We carry only top-of-the line merchandise and all of the manufacturers we work with have top-notch warranties. They stand behind their products. If you need help with defective merchandise, please let us know.
If you have received damaged or defective items, they will be replaced. If you feel the package was damaged during transit generally the best thing to do is note the damage with the carrier and accept delivery. Call us and we will get the defective items replaced ASAP.
Defective items under warranty can be returned for replacement provided the return package has been issued a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number from one of our customer service reps (see below for return policy and procedure). The customer is responsible for all freight charges incurred with a warranty.
Return Procedure
MyScopeStore.com will gladly accept returns for items returned within 90 days of the original purchase date under the following conditions:
1. Speak with a representative.
You must contact us and let us know that you intend to make a return (whether partial or for an entire order). You will need to provide a specific reason for the return and request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Your customer service rep will request an email from you explaining the reason for the return. Once the email has been received by us, we will respond with the RGA and return address.
2. Prepare package
Once you have received an RGA number, write the RGA number in large black letters on the outside of the return package along with a copy of the original invoice.
3. Return Package
Send the package freight pre-paid to the address provided by the customer care rep when you obtained the RGA Number.
Please Note: Some returns are subject to a restocking fee. Refunds apply to parts only. They do not apply to shipping, or any other charges.
All parts must be returned in the original package. Parts cannot be damaged or show use. They must be in original condition. All returned parts must be sent freight prepaid and may be subject to a re-boxing fee.
